Mobile protection doesn't read correct telephone number: it read SIM phone number, but real number is another: in Italy we have possibilities to do number portability from an operator to another. 

So it simply doesn't work. Only virus protection works fine, all others functions are not usable.
You should be able to put the correct number in the portal - have you tried that yet?
Yes, i can't change phone number from portal. But i have to correct myself, i see after some period that all seems work also if number is incorrect
