Sorry you are having this issue. Would you please Power off and restart your phone and see if the Fix it now will work and then get back to us if it doesn't help because we could do a reinstall of Webroot. Here is a Help Menu and another help menu in the right lower corner of your Webroot Menu when you open it up.
Edit To send logs Open Menu /General Settings/Support Options/Collect and mail logs. and you can also Contact Support.
