I have a mobiletracker com.sec.android.app.mt virus that webroot cant uninstall.  It has placed my device in critical state.

    I'm not sure is this is a virus. Can you tell me what makes you think this is a virus?
     
    Please have a look here at this thread and this thread here because this could be a program that came with your phone or a false positive or something that was truly installed on your device without you knowing and in that case you can ask support to look at this.
     
    Then if your phone is acting up then you can submit a Support Ticket and they can look into this for you.
