my password stopped for my webroot account and after i visit the website to recover the password it asked for my security question which i  didi not set ! i think my account has been compromised. but my phone stop working ! how i can i recover my account please !   thank you

My webroot keycode is not working - I need to install it.

I noticed that i installed webroot for my iphone 6s and after installing it after few days i see some one has access to my facebook account they created 2 more accounts and now they are contacting my friends and family for money on the name of diability i am very pissed off with Facebook Customer Service Number and Webroot Customer service Number because some is using my identity and they are making my friends a fool . i also tried to contact 844 672 9115 facebook PHone Number for technical issues but they told me my security on phone was the main issue so i told them i bought webroot which i think has best reviews in market so i contact webroot customer service on the number given above they  put me hold and my call got disconnected i have not heard back from Webroot Billing team or Webroot Customer service phone number.

How can I completely close my account and so that I can stop getting upgrade notices on my phone that don’t work?  I literally get a notice every 5 or 6 minutes and following the upgrade instructions goes to a broken link. If WebRoot cannot get a simple upgrade to work then how can I trust them to provide security for my devices? I’m not the only one with problems because numerous people have left one star reviews of the phone app over the last few weeks and Webroot has obviously not addressed the issue.

Hello, I have recently downloaded the secureanywhere app for my android, and when I set up the account online and tried to log in with my phone, it says "your user credentials are not associated with this secureanywhere complete keycode.  Make sure you've created this user on http//my.webrootanywhere.com and try again."  I have aleady done this, and it says my phone is protected, but I cant log in on my phone...what can I do?

I installed the webroot secureweb app on my iPad.  Here is a list of issues.  Any help is greatly appreciated. 1.  After installing, my account still indicates I have NO mobile devices protected in contrast to the webroot website instructions. 2.  There is no toolbar at the bottom of the secureweb window. 3.  Because of (2) it is hard to find bookmarks. 4.  Once I found the bookmarks there was no option to edit the name of bookmarks. 5.  The reviews on the Apple app site are ALL negative with only one exception and I don't think that user understands how to use the secureweb app. 6.  I thought Webroot provided 24/7 support.  Guess I was wrong.   Has anyone found solutions to issues 1-4 above?

I'm not finding my exact problem in the subjects. Our webroot for our pcs has been renewed and updated with no problems. Now, I'm getting notices that there is only one day to renew it on our Amazon Fires. When I tried to replace the keycode with the new one, it tells me that the keycode has already been registered. Yes, it was registered; on the pcs (two of them). I'm lost. The person who does all this for me is now on vacation, and I haven't a clue what to do. I found the keycode screen on my Fire by randomly pushing buttons, and now, I don't even remember how I did that.

Hello! I have installed Webroot on my Galaxy Note 10.1 and it is not performing correctly.   I want to uninstall it and can't. I have gone to my applications manager and selected Webroot, and where I should have the option to (UnInstall) the button is NOT active.  Therefore I can't complete the task that route.   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...........   Thanks!   Ben

This problem has happened several times in the last couple of days where I take my phone out and it says "No SIM card". I turned off SIM card lock protection but that didn't help. A simple restart of my phone is all it takes to get the SIM card recognized again. Webroot must be doing something else in the background as part of it's lockdown of the SIM card that it causing this problem. Anyone else have something similar? And suggestions on how to fix it without restarting? It's a bit annoying, so if there is no fix, I'll just have to uninstall Webroot entirely. Thanks for the help!

I've logged in before and in fact have it set up on another phone, but when I try to log in to my new galaxy nexus with the correct email, password, and keycode its giving me an error saying "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect." I have a rooted device and when I restore the app from my old device it's logged in and everything in the app is working, except the mywebrootanywhere.com site doesn't show my current device. So I uninstalled it and am trying to install it and login, when it's giving me this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have the Android Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App (ver. 5.5.6.46428) installed on my Samsung phone.  Yesterday, I was helping my parents (83 & 85 years old) setup their new Motorola phones and was trying to download the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App, but couldn't find it in the Google PlayStore.  The only Webroot App I found is called Webroot Mobile Security (ver. 6.5.0).1.  Is the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App no longer supported?2.  Has it been replaced with the Webroot Mobile Security App?3.  Does the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App still function?  It seems to be running okay on my Samsung Phone?  It runs scans and shows the number of days remaining in my subscription okay.4.  What is the Webroot Mobile Security App?  Does it still run on demand scans of all files and Apps on Android phones?5.  It looks like it is only a web browser App that looks at the users browser activity when you use that App (Google Chrome)?6.  Does

Version 5.5.6.46428 is draining my battery on Android 11. On my battery usage history, it is showing it accounts for 40% of my battery usage, the highest app by far with everything else below double digits. What is everyone else’s battery usage? Is this normal?

If webroot browser security is switched on, it's impossible to change the displayed webpage without browser crashing (shuts down). If security is switched off then it works correctly. ios 12 on iPhone6.

I currently have 3 devices protected under the mobile security tab.  I no longer own 2 of them.  Is there a way to remove them from the tab so I can add new devices?  The only other time I've been able to remove devices is by contacting customer service.  Kind of a pain, becuase their system has changed.  You used to be able to just send an e-mail and they would remove a device.  Now you have to call them and start a trouble ticket.  Plus when you click on the "Contact Us" link it redirects you here or to another site that is even less helpful.
