It seems that one can no longer sign into PWM that is intergrated in the SecureWeb Browser. I looked in the Apple Store to see if there was an update for SWB and there is not. Does anyone have any information on this? @freydrew & @LLiddell I was able to install LastPass on my iOS without any issues so far. @BurnDaddy have you checked any of this out on your iPad?

I recently installed NordVPN on both my GalaxyS7 and my PC. I recently realized that SecureAnywhere was not even running and crashed multiple times on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I went to scan for viruses the Error Code 1011 came up stating "Limited or No Connectivity" Once I disconnected from the VPN the scan ran correctly. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? I opened a chat with NordVPN yesterday and the guy told me he didnt use antivirus software so he couldn't relate to my issue....
Just renewed my subscription to Webroot Secure Anywhere for 5 devices. Besides my laptop i have an Apple Ipad. Tried to download Backup and Sync to my Ipad thru the App Store. Found the Backup & Sync page and tapped INSTALL, but then its asking me give my visa card details. Surely I do not have to pay again to download to my Ipad. My subscription was renewed 12 March 17. Many thanks for all comments. Cheers Paul.
I got a notification that SecureAnywhere is being discontinued and being replaced with Webroot Mobile Security, I went through the new installation process where it removes the old app and installs the new. I didn't remove the old app (even though its not there) I'm still getting secureanywhere notifications to upgrade to the new app when I already have it on my phone. So I uninstalled the new one, set the permission to secureanywhere off and I'm still getting secureanywhere notification with no webroot app on my andriod phone. I hate the new app and it crashes often, telling me that in a notifiaction. I totally hate the new interface and what little control I have on my phone now. How can I totally remove it from my phone I no longer want to run the mobile app. I want it completely gone off my phone. I will still run the desktop app one since I like the easy interface and both my PC's are protecte
I downloaded the app for my NextBook Android, but when I try log in, I am getting an error for the password or login, the email is correct, I changed it from the gmail to my real address the security code goes in with caps, but my email shows it in caps. my password is correct, but it still will not work no matter how many times I try to put the info in. I double checked that I have the correct email, correct password and the correct keycode, but it still keeps telling me I have the wrong password or login.
Webroot Mobile is constantly draining my battery on my Galaxy S3 Tablet. It accounts for 48% of my battery usage while the tablet sleeps. I can put my tablet to sleep with the battery anywhere between 90 - 100% and by morning the tablet will be powered of with 0% battery. I’ve had tech support go thru everything and troubleshoot the tablet over & over again and it’s always the same conclusion, WRSA. It gets old. I shut down WRSA and my battery will not lose more than 2% battery while the computer sleeps. So I’m certain that webroot mobile is the problem. Any suggestions?
When I try to log into the backup & sync app on my iphone it crashes. It just goes back to the main screen on my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My android cellphone (Stylo F1) is being repeatedly infected with malware. There appear to be 2 related malware "apps": "Magic" and "Settings". I have Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile installed on this phone with all the recommended settings set. Webroot finds and identifies both "apps" and quarentines them both, but they keep on returning even after Webroot has deleted them. I have tried a clean factory reset/reinstal but the two malware apps returned immediately. After the factory reset Webroot immediately found "Magic", but not "Settings". Webroot quarantines "Magic" and asks me to delete it, which I do, but it keeps returning. Webroot identifies "Magic" as "AndroidScanner1.bad". Magic autonomously opens Google Chrome browser and links to a random website but will not allow the phone to respond to any commands thereafter. The malware called "Settings" is particularly troublesome because plays havoc with the phone's settings and it looks identical to the standard "Settings" app on the
Hi, I stopped updating my WSA business Android mobile client because I found that it needs camera/microphone access! Why is this special access added to the software when on the other hand there is not any feature using it?! Link to the software I talk about on Google Play is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.sme Does Webroot want to spy on us? Please remove this access from the software.
How can i add a website manually to the list of websites to be blocked by Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile for Android?
QuestionI cannot uninstall Webroot. It says Webroot is a device admin, and I don't know how to disable the device admin setting. How do I disable device admin? AnswerWhen you install Webroot on an Android device, it is recommended to allow Webroot to be a device admin. A primary purpose of this in both the Premier and Complete versions of the app is so that the uninstallation process is password-protected by using a feature that is exclusive to the paid versions of the app. This means that if a thief steals your device, he will not be able to uninstall Webroot without using a password, which allows you to use the Locate, Scream, Lock, or Wipe functions without fear of Webroot having already been uninstalled. If device admin was not enabled, the thief could just remove Webroot, and you wouldn't be able to use those commands. As a result, if you ever want to uninstall Webroot, you'll need to enter your password, and uninstalling via Google Play may se
It appears that thus app hasn't been updated for use with iPhone X. Unless I go in landscape mode, I can't get to the green with for setup.
My cellphone storage (android) is getting too full. A former internet security app that I had on my cellphone had a feature that let me remove all the junk files from games, etc. I was wondering if Webroot has one, or will have one soon.
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere installed on my Android phone (Samsung A30S). When I access the app, it tells me the current version is being retired and I need upgrade to Webroot Mobile Security. Offers a Keycode and a link to the app store. However, when I click on the link, it says "This item is not available in your country". I am in Spain and I tried a VPN to the UK and the USA, but still get the same report. Please can you help me with this?

I’ve had Webroot on my android for the past few years. About six months ago, it quit working (but the same Webroot account on my laptop is working fine). Whenever I open the app, I get the “Information has not been verified yet” page. I contacted Webroot and was told “this is a problem from their end and they’re working on a fix. Six months later, still no fix. Do I have to ditch Webroot?

Hello Webroot! My colegue bought a phone ALCALL android a month ago and in past week is too slow, poping up some advertisments etc... I was wondering what problems is, and finally found some weird file .apk on the phone by manually searching the files.I check it on the internet and it seems it’s a Malware! It’s called “AduptsFota” and it’s downloading other malware which are making phone more slower as it is.. I immediately bought a licence and install Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile on phone! Scanned the phone and it does found nothing! It says: “You are protected” Tried to delete it manually but it seems the file /application “AduptsFota” is integrated into a android system and there is no chance to delete it. Webroot doesn’t find anything still. I tried to root my phone to be able to do changes to my system, but unsuccesfull. Can’t even connect phone to the PC, it cannot be found at all! If it is a threat how would I remove it without wiping the phone. Running Samsung Galaxy S2 Andriod 4.0.3. Thanks
