Webroot Mobile

At Any given time, webroot (I have the full mobile/internet protection package) is using over 50 percent of my battery. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. Any ideas how to decrease the amount webroot uses or is this just something I have to live with. I've changed all native phone/android settings to minimize battery usage already.

Please i have put a new sim on my phone and now my phone is locked, but the big problem is my phone is not online so the command i send is not responding. please what else can i do Thank you

How do I block a website not on your list?

i recently purchased webroot secure anywhere complete 2013 and installed it on my pc without any problems. i registered my account, however i cannot login to the app on my iphone 4.  i keep getting the error message that my login credentials are incorrect.  i have browsed the other forum posts and none of the suggestions/solutions have worked for me. please help?!!  also, if it helps, my iOS is 6.1.3

I have been trying to log in to Password Management on the SecureWeb app for iOS devices. However every time I try, it tells me it ws unable to log me in. I make sure my email and password are correct (no missed characters, accidental capitalization, etc.) and still it won't log me in. Yet I can still log in to SecureAnywhere on my computer, so what's going on?

I purchased 2 one year subscriptions for two Samsung tablets.  Each tablet shows a product key and 337 days left.  When I go to Google Play store to update, it shows that I have the free versions installed and I can't update the paid version.   Please show me how to fix this.   Many thanks,

I have my password that I have checked by logging in to the website but my Galaxy S3 will not accept it.  Any ideas what is going on?  I believe that this happened during the night when the software updated.   Any help or advice will be gratefully accepted.   Kaya

If I have webroot security premier licensed for one year and have to reinstall it after I uninstalled, I have to pay again?

The webroot detect that my phone has a threat and it is "com.wssnps" but whenever im trying to remove and uninstall it, its always unsyccessful. im worried about my phone. im using samsung galaxy II

i just purchased SecureAnywhere Complete and am not able to log in from my iphone to register it.  It keeps giving me a "Login Failure" message and asking me to reenter my User Name and Password.  I know I'm entering this correctly.  How do I proceed?

I buy a new phone and take out the sim card of the old phone and put it in the new phone to pass my contacts, when put it back in my old phone webroot look the phone. I never now this option was on and never put a password to unlock the phone. So now how can i unlock the phone.  Thanks

error in viewing a website

Hello.   New sim, no data, no wifi.     I have such a long and nice password on my webroot acc that the field_value of the lockscreen simply wont take it.   What can i do in this case.   Im stuck.     Edit: The Simcard is back in.. but no data no wifi is activated .. 

Webrott is hanging when scanning and I can't get it to update my scan definitions. I have done a fresh install from Google play and that has nont changed the issue. I am absolutely positive that this has been covered already, but I can't seem to find the thread with the solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What do i have to do to reinstall webroot on my tablet after renewing my suscription?????  

Hello,   I have discovered by chance that WSA Android can be easily terminated. If you open WSA in Applications Manager and press Enforce Termination WSA terminates then. I had expected a prompt for a password like when you uninstall WSA.   It seems like a security hole, doesn't seem? In this way a malware can easily terminate WSA and penetrate into Android. Nevertheless it might be rather Android limitation/behaviour than a security flaw.   Therefore any comment is appreciated.   Thanks & regards, pegas

I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus and I have searched for the app and even pulled up the links it gives me to download the Webroot secureanywhere mobile and it says it can't be found.

I am having a similar issue as several others on various postings but I'm unable to get a resolution so I thought I'd ask here. I have two PC's protected and working fine.  My wife and I have exactly the same Android phones.  My phone works fine but I am unable to log into Webroot through her phone and the the "the email or password you entered is incorrect".  The online interface shows her phone "needing attention" and that the "USB debugging is enabled" where in fact it is not.  I am unable to make the program run at all on her phone.  Her phone did work just fine when new and she broke that phone and got an exact replacement and ATT moved her SIM card to the new phone.  This is approximately when we started having issues with her Webroot software not working. What can I do to fix this?  Thanks.

trying to install Secure anywhere complete on android phone. I am using correct email address and password, and keycode. I am receiving an error. Account creation failed. Raw error. com.webroot. engine. license check failed due to invalid keycode. I am using keycode that was emailed to me. It does work on my pc.

After visiting a certain website that shows videos and is not You Tube 😉 😉 Google Chrome was invaded by a pop up telling me I have malware and viruses and trying to get me to buy their removal software. I then ran a scan with Secure Anywhere (while the pop up was active) but Secure Anywhere found no problems and said my phone was clean. This isn't the first time that's happened. I rely on you guys, what's up?   Plz provide email address so I can send my Android logs

Hello,   When I login to 'mywebrootsecureanywhere' acccount I can see my protected pc's and mobile phone. So far so good. However, in the mobile security box I find that I have to look to my mobile device. So that is what I do. Then I find the remark that the defenitions are out of date. But, as far as I know they are very up to date; they were update a few hours ago; I have now:  3.1 Build 4547 So, somehow webroot does not register these updates (I have had this 'issue from the very beginning, after switsching from Spysweeper to WebrootSecureAnywhere. Although not a big problem, it is a bit annoying. Any solution(s)?
