I purchased webroot secureanywhere complete. I downloaded the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete app for my android. I have entered my email address, password and keycode associated with my laptop subscription. I continually receive an error that says this "Your user credentials are not associated with this SecureAnywhere Complete keycode. Make sure you've created this user on my.webrootanywhere.com and try again." The keycode I entered IS associated with the email address and password i entered. The keycode i entered is the exact keycode shown in my "manage keycodes" section of my online account. Why isn't it recognizing it?? Please help
Webroot failed to update its threat definition. This likely means your device doesn't currently have internet access. You can continue your scan with the current definition set or cancel. Error: OutOfMemoryError processing def update. Continue or Cancel. Also, DEFINITION UPDATE FAILED. Network error attempting to access the Webroot servers. Please ensure your device is connected to the Internet. Also, Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile Premier (process com.webroot.securing full) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. DEFINITION SET 330. Version 2.9.0.3559. Is somebody know what to do??? The HELP recommended to post on FORUM to get E-mail from MODERATOR to send collected system data from phone for tech support. Or may be it would be solved by itself??? For example, via updates?? But how come, the updates fail to be installed?

Webroot is actively working to address the issues with the Webroot Mobile Security & Antivirus app and again apologizes for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. So far, our QA testing indicates the 5.5.5 beta version shows improved app performance and reduces device resource usage significantly. We want to release an update as soon as possible but we have yet to complete a full QA cycle. This is where you can help. If you're able, please head over to our beta signup page to request access. After completing the steps, you'll be able to download one of the beta builds as we'd love to hear your feedback while we continue our internal dev and QA work. Again, this isn't mandatory nor the official release but receiving real-world feedback will greatly expedite the official update.

Started this morning - Webroot picked up and identified the Trojan "Android.SMSsend" in wssyncmlnps com.wssnps....I tried to unistall and it can not be unistalled nor can I identify which sub routine is running this service. Is this a real threat or not? and if not why did Webroot just start picking this up ? -Orion
Hey folks, Are any of you seeing messaging in the Mobile Protection app that says "Scan out of date"? If so, would you mind posting screenshots here in the thread below?
Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile found 1 threat today: Mobile tracker com.andriod.settings.mt It is however unable to remove it. Is there anyway to tell if this is a real threat or a false positive. If it is a threat how would I remove it without wiping the phone. Running Samsung Galaxy S2 Andriod 4.0.3. Thanks
My Secure anywhere detects Android.Gedma Smsreg com.mediatek.smsreg. It says it is a Trojan, but I cannot uninstall it. I have tried, but it keeps saying uninstall unsuccessful. What can I do? Diana
Latest up update has turned off Install Shield, File System Shield and Execution Shield an all 3 Fix This Now buttons do nothing when I try to fix it 😕 only one that worked was to run a Scan 😞
Is anyone having continuous threats popping up with Webroot Mobile Security? I just had to reset my Samsung Note 8 this morning and I'm getting this Threat from Outlook. False positives perhaps?
Android 5.0: Battery Monitor does not display apps consuming Power - just the battery status. Thanks, R.
Whenever I try to uninstall I get prompted to enter my password. So I type it in, hit the ok button and get a message saying the password is incorrect. I am 100% sure that the password I am entering is the correct one.
I read on the net that the trojan wssynwps would be corrected but mine hasn't gone away. What do I need to do?
Hi, I recently subscribed to the PC version and wanted to try the mobile free one before purchasing the premier version, but I encountered three threads that aren't getting removed. adobe air: com.google.model.mi engriks: com.android.apps.start engrils: com.google.fk.json.slo When webroot tries to remove them the uninstall app procedure starts but then they aren't removed and still appear as threads. Regards and thanks in advance for any advice you could give me regarding this issue
Hello! I have installed Webroot on my Galaxy Note 10.1 and it is not performing correctly. I want to uninstall it and can't. I have gone to my applications manager and selected Webroot, and where I should have the option to (UnInstall) the button is NOT active. Therefore I can't complete the task that route. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated........... Thanks! Ben
I am being notified by Webroot that I have High CPU issues. This has happened twice since the new updated Mobile Android v5.5.4.36995. My device gets really hot and I have tried to get a screen shot of the notification but it blanks out. I have restarted my phone and it still feels warmer then usual. Samsung Galaxy Note 8
Good afternoon, I just installed Webroot on my Kindle Fire HD 8.9. As part of the set up I wanted to set up the password and set WR as a device administrator. The webroot set up keeps telling me the device administrator is in an unsafe status. When I click on the fix button it takes me back to set up screen and I end up going into the loop seeing the same thing. When I go to the kindles settings page it will not let me select Webroot as an administrator, it shows up under the administrator section but is not selected. Any idea how to fix this so I can lock down the system with a password? Thanks
I've installed Webroot Internet security plus on my pc and also "complete" on my android phone. How do I access Password Manager on the phone?
"Because it is a security application, it would not be very effective if it were just turned off. So we don't let it turn off. If you do not wish to see the icon in the notification bar, you can go into the app, to the main screen, and press the menu button on the device. Tap the "General Settings" menu, then uncheck the only item: Persistent status. This will remove the status icon from the notification bar and only alert you when Something Happens" I cannot get into or find 'general' settings..tried tapping on everything and a no go help me please, Just want to remove the icon from the top 🙂 Gordon
Up until this past week I had Call & SMS Blocking under Identity and Privacy on my mobile phone in Webroot. I no longer have that option and it is no longer blocking calls.
Running SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier on Droid 2. Last few days, when I begin a scan, it does fine until it gets to the SD card - then it just ist there and does nothing - except drain the battery! Just let it run overnight - same thing - it didn't move. Would reinstall fix or is there a better solution?
When I try to update the definitions for my tablet, nothing happens.
