It could happen that uninstallation options for SecureAnywhere could be missing from the Control Panel or Start menu. If you want to uninstall SecureAnywhere and are unable to do so because of the options are missing, here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem: Option 1: Ensure correct display settings Open the main interface. Click Settings, then choose Basic Configuration. Un-check the boxes next to Show Webroot in the Start Menu and Show Webroot in Add/Remove Programs. Click Save All. After saving your settings, repeat steps 1 and 2, then re-check the boxes next to Show Webroot in the Start Menu and Show Webroot in Add/Remove Programs. Then click Save All again. Once you have re-checked the correct options, try uninstalling Webroot from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option, or from Start > All Programs > Webroot SecureAnywhere > Tools > Uninstall Webroot. I cannot uninstall webroot from a customer's computer using add/remove programs. I tried "C:Program Files (x86)WebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall" and it says "are you sure you want to uninstall" and I say yes, then it says it's being managed by the central console and I have to make the changes there. BUT, the machine doesn't' show anywhere in the console. It was remove from console but it didn't remove software from the workstations.

I've looked up instructions for temporarily disabling Webroot SecureAnywhere and it says to go to the settings and click the "allow Webroot to be disabled". When I open Webroot the only option I have is "Advanced Settings" and that does not have any option to disable or shutdown Webroot.
