Hello Tempnexus,

Your post has me a little confused... What exactly are you needing with this post of MD5's?  A little more information regarding your intent would be very helpful at this time.

Hi tempnexus

Don't wish to sound round, obtuse or dim...but what point or question exactly are you raising/asking?

If it is the fact that you have a number of [u] prefix files from a scan and you want the files whitelisted then best approach is to Raise a Support Ticket and let Support know of this.

If I have not guessed right then please provide a clue as to what you point is.

Regards

Sorry, was in the forums, didn't want to open up a ticket just to turn those [u]'s into [g]'s so to reduce the scrtch space used by Webroot for any EMET closed beta tester.
That's all.

Hi tempnexus

OK, cheers.

To do that you need to open a ticket sending the detail to the Support Team, of submit each file yourself using the file submission mechanism built ino the client...the former is quickest.

If you just explain what you are requesting then they can advise...and a copy of your Scan Log will be automatically upload to them when you submit the ticket.

You might be able to locally, on your own machine, set the files to Allow instead of Monitor.. however to have then globally set would indeed require a Trouble Ticket as Baldrick suggested.

To Allow them on your own machine,
Open WSA
Click the Gear Tool next to PC Security
Click the Block/Allow Files tab
Look for any of the mentioned files that is set to Monitor and change to Allow.
Any files that are NOT listed at all you can add, setting it for Allow.

WSA is working exactly as intended.. being that these are files from a Beta, and are not known enough to flag as definately good, WSA is correctly monitoring them.  Filing a Trouble Ticket will allow Support to look at them more closely and determine if they can be set globally to GOOD status.

This is what I do when Beta Testing other products and then after release Submit a Support Ticket to get them Whitelisted!

@
Based on the log excerpt provided I was able to whitelist the EMET 5 files and any associated files that I could find. It may still be a good idea to submit a support ticket so we can get a more complete view of the app to make sure that it is fully whitelisted.

Thanks,
