Sorry, but again multiple issues: some still unresolved from last contact here .
#1: Cannot access console.
“Error(SEL004): Console cannot be opened, please contact Webroot support”
When I log into “My Account” , suggests I have 19 PCs protected !!
#2: Webroot literally vanished from one of my PCs some time in the last couple of weeks.
Not sure what precipitated this event.
Empty Webroot Folder in Programs
No WRCore or WRData folders.
Pretty comprehensive uninstall !!
So:
Reinstalled.
Same base line settings as other my PCs
Now hyperlinks in Emails disconnect the internet and will not load.
Outlook will not receive.
No bookmarks will load: Internet disconnects “ Cannot load Page : Check Connections etc etc”
Disabling Webroot = fully functional Outlook and Ethernet connection.
#3: I never had an answer as to why a scan quarantined a multiple Domain Zone Mappings in myu HKU registry.
For the record 3 other PCs with Webroot installed years ago working fine.
So: Problem with new install ??
Really unhappy with these LONGSTANDING issues and now phantom uninstall and broken reinstall.
If you think I’m being rude… just frustrated….

PS: Have raised support tickets: no response as yet, I note the console issue has been under review for a looong time.
Have just paid up for new license .
Been paying since PREVX...
Carbonite/Webroot: get with the program: you have a rusted on involved paying user base: would be nice to see some action.
