Multiple issues, no response from support tickets.

Sorry, but again multiple issues: some still unresolved from last contact here .

 

#1: Cannot access console.

“Error(SEL004): Console cannot be opened, please contact Webroot support”

When I log into “My Account” , suggests I have 19 PCs protected !!

#2: Webroot literally vanished from one of my PCs some time  in the last couple of weeks.

Not sure what precipitated this event.

Empty Webroot Folder in Programs

No  WRCore or WRData folders.

Pretty comprehensive uninstall !!

So:

Reinstalled.

Same base line settings as other my PCs

Now hyperlinks in Emails disconnect the internet and will not load.

Outlook will not receive.

No bookmarks will load: Internet disconnects “ Cannot load Page : Check Connections etc etc”

Disabling Webroot =  fully functional Outlook and Ethernet connection.

 

#3: I never had an answer as to why a scan quarantined a multiple Domain Zone Mappings in myu HKU registry.

For the record 3 other PCs with Webroot installed years ago working fine.

So: Problem with new install ??

Really unhappy with these LONGSTANDING issues and now phantom uninstall and broken reinstall.

If you think I’m being rude… just frustrated….

Eagerly awaiting Support Response

 

PS: Have raised support tickets: no response as yet, I note the console issue has been under review for a looong time.

Have just paid up for new license .

Been paying since PREVX...

Carbonite/Webroot: get with the program: you have a rusted on involved paying user base: would be nice to see some action.

Yes I saw that...

Is this the “Console” ??

Sorry but What is that and the various Service links ??

Zero Functionality as noted by other posters compared to prev console

Promises to “look into” made over months and months

Also being asked  to renew for spy sweeper ?? 🤦‍♂️🤨

Have tried to cancel one of my subs via Webroot, but getting “reminder” emails

No option for cancelling subs on console.

As you see “19 PCs” being protected: I have 4 PCs.

Had asked for help with that on the old console.

Next new problem : a goodie !!

After doing a complete Uninstall Including Reg Keys and reinstalling on the PC where Webroot had mysteriously vanished from, now with Webroot activated and running:

Ethernet connection breaks with every bookmark and link 

Outlook Email send and receive is blocked/server connection not recognised.

Turn Webroot off; full functionality returned  ??

 

Am in touch with support via links.

Not really interested in debugging via slow email instructions. !!

Should just work.

 

Just resubscribed for 3 years.

As you can tell, not really a satisfied customer atm.

Sorry, I fear This product no longer fit for purpose.

How Do I get a refund?

Will check with PPal first, then see.

There are not many of us happy with the New Console either. I for one am not happy.

Support is working with me.

So far no solution.

Have been on this train for so long, will try to fix, but, cursor hovering.

Hi Chris ​@csaunders can you get someone from the Consumer team to look at the issues we Consumers are seeing and not liking? And if possible communicate with us by posting?
