I cannot access Password Manager. The correct keycode is shown under "Manage Keycodes" but the incorrect keycode is being shown under "Password access". How do I change this?
I tried to submit a support ticket, but when I get to the point where i have to enter my password, the box just keeps clearing.
I have no problem logging on to my account, but it seems that my password will not work for support. Very frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
