passeord manager access

I cannot access Password Manager.  The correct keycode is shown under "Manage Keycodes" but the incorrect keycode is being shown under "Password access".  How do I change this?
I tried to submit a support ticket, but when I get to the point where i have to enter my password, the box just keeps clearing.
I have no problem logging on to my account, but it seems that my password will not work for support.  Very frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

If the wrong key code is shown under Password Access in the Console, than you will need to file a  Trouble Ticket to have support move that user account from the wrong key code to the correct key code... we users are not currently able to do that ourselves.
 
This happens with some frequency, as if a user was to purchase a new key code instead of renewing the exising one, what you see is the result.
 
Do not wait too long before submitting the ticket: there is a limited time of around 2 weeksafter a key code expires before the Pasword Manager data becomes unavailable for transfer: you would, in that case, simply need to re-enter all of the data.
