Webroot not showing up in extensions of Firefox reset

I had to "reset" Firefox 31.0 (which I HATE) and Webroot isn't in my Extentions or Firefox toolbar. Webroot Filtering Extension is there. Can someone advise me how to solve this?

I was just about to delete my message because even though I searched a number of times I couldn't find anything about the extensions, and while just looking around I found someone who had the same problem and I found my answer. I installed the toolbarfix and problem solved. Thank you so much.

First off welcome to the Community.
 
I would like to start a support ticket with you and get the support ball rolling. I have not heard of this situation before.
 
Can you please submit a ticket by clicking here?
 
After we get the support ticket going, we will probably get a set of logs from the computer and troubleshoot from there.

Thanks for the update!
 
What might of happened is that when you reset Firefox it might have removed the extensions from Firefox. 
 
There is still a concern though, we want to make sure that both extensions showing up in Firefox.
 
The extensions are as follows;
 
- Webroot Filtering Extension
- Webroot Password
 
These are the two extensions you should see in all supported browsers.

A clean reinstall of WSA would have put them back as well and in case here are the instructions!

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the following steps closely:
 
  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for all of the following steps
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
