0xc0000022 trying to start browsers
keep getting 0xc0000022 trying to start browsers, IE8 or FFox 29 running Windows XP

Since this is XP and there are so many references on Google as to the cause it would be best to Submit a Support Ticket to see if they can help you with that error.
