I am having trouble activating my Webroot console. It will not accept two characters of my security code.  I keep getting an error.  The error I am getting is Error(UCR2):  Invalid security code credentials.

Hello lwarren9, welcome to the Webroot Community!

Of course make sure that your CAPS LOCK is not turned on when trying to enter the two digits.  If that does not help, click the "Can't Log In?" link.  That will bring you to the recovery area where you can reset the Security Code.

Thank you for your response.  I checked my cap locks but I will do a reset of my password.  Thank you for your assistance.  David, my security code is a 6 digit code, correct?

Yes, it would be a 6 digit code.  Really you CAN use a longer one... I use an 8 digit myself, but it ALWAYS asks for only two characters of the first 6 digits.  Thus, the last two digits of mine are entirely un-needed and never used, they are just there to help me remember the code 🙂
