Hi!
Ive already looked on Control Panel and I havn't found anything close to "ads by browser shop" or anything of the sort. I cant figure out why I still have ads by browser shop on my computer. It only shows up on my google chrome 😕
Ads by browser shop continue to show up on my google chrome! What do I do?

If you are seeing this in Chrome, but not IE, it might be hdden not in Programs, but in the Chrome Extensions.
Open Chrome
Click the Menu button at the upper right corner
Select Settings, this will open a new tab
On the left side, click Extensions.
Look over the Extensions listed. Adware is often conceled by naming the program or name DIFFERENT than what you see on the pop-ups, so look for any Extensions that you do not recognize.
If you find any that are questionable, I would suggest that you DISABLE them one at a time. After disabling one, close Chrome, restart it, and check the results. If you disable something that you actually need/want, you can go back in and enable it.
If you are successful in isolating the offending Extension, then you can go back and delete it.

Just as Extensions can hide under names that have nothing to do with the actual application or pop up, so can installed software. There is a chance that when you went over the Programs in Control Panel the offending item was named such that it did not attract any attention.
