Received advisory from Webroot threat was detected "milcore.allinc./windows/system32. Started threat removal as recommended. No status or apparent progress shown on the screen other than the words "threat removal in progress" no movement on progress bar after over 45 minutes. How long should this take?
+56That seems a bit longer than it should take. Maybe stop it and have it scan again? If that doesn't work let me know and I can get support to help.

If I may add another option to what Nic has suggested if that does not work and the 'stalled' scan/threat removal was just due to a temporary glitch.
That would be to start Windows in the Safe Mode, and then run the scan in that mode. If it runs in that configuration that may indicate a conflict between WSA and some other part of your system.
In case you are unaware as to how to proceed with this please take a look at this previous thread which should explains things for you, and then if you feel confident with what you need to do, then you can give it a try...but please only do this if you are comfortable with the process, and if not then get back to Nic so he can request Support Team assisttance as he has already suggested.
