Blocked Homepage
I woke today to find that my homepage (NBC News) was blocked (Access Denied). How do I unblock and how do I preventthis from happening again?

Do you have an option to Unlbock the page and continue? As long as you are quite sure the page is safe (And I would think NBC news is as long as you have their own site and not a mis-typed URL) this will unblock the page for you.
There are a number of reasons this could have happened, including some of the ad content of the page. Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look. This is a free service with your valid WSA license. They may be able to locate what ad or other content is causing the problem and add a whitelist

When WSA blocks a page, there is an Unblock and Continue button. You may have a problem piece of software on the computer doing the blocking instead of WSA. Please go ahead and file that Trouble Ticket. NOTE: Once you file the Ticket, please do not edit or add to it until you have heard from support. Doing so will affect the date/time stamp which COULD push your ticket to the back of the queue.
