can't open game

Since I installed Webroot, My Crystal Path game won't play.  I don't like this at all!  Can someone help?

Hi oakiebug - Our threat researcher has whitelisted the necessary files and the issue should be resolved. Please run a scan and update him with the results if Webroot flags any other processes.

    That sounds strange it might be a simple thing like getting some of the files Whitelisted can you Please Submit a Support Ticket and they can look after that for you.

        I'm not sure if this is the same problem.  When I try to launch any Wild Tangent game, I have to turn Webroot off.  Otherwise i get the following error:  
         
        THE PROGRAM CAN'T START BECAUSE xpyyA,KOC.DLL (with lots of accents) IS MISSING FROM YOUR COMPUTER.  TRY REINSTALLING THE PROGRAM TO FIX THIS PROBLEM"
         
        This happens on almost all of my games.  Wild Tangent looked at it several times and concluded it was WebRoot.

        Can you please Submit a Support Ticket as it could be a simple thing as getting some files Whitelisted in the Cloud!
