Welcome to the Community Forum
You can go into the 'Computer' from the Start Menu, and right clicking on the drives you want to scan. The context menu presented should have a 'Scan with Webroot' option.

I would also suggest that you make sure that the default action when inserting a flash drive into the computer is to "Do Nothing". That will help keep any autoplay files from launching until you have had a chance to manually scan.
Remember though that WSA will detect and known malware that attempts to launch from the drive. 🙂
