cant register. Get Error message HELP!
I have been trying to register our new keycode. I go through the registeration process, get the email to confirm the registration process, but once I get sent back to the webroot internet site to enter the characters of the security code I made, it gives me an error message stating my security credentials are invalid.

You can go through the Password/Security code recovery by going to This Link. This link can also be found when you are trying to log in by clicking the "Can't Log In?" link that appears on all of the pages associated with logging in.
