Enter a valid keycode - trial keycode

I've just downloaded a 14 day trial of SA AV, when I try to enter my keycode I get the following message 'Enter a valid keycode' etc.
 
The download link and trial keycode where sent to my email address but the keycode doesn't work, any ideas?
