Hello chivatapatia, and Welcome.

If you're using the AV version then it doesn;t include the Optimizer feature, which is in the Complete (and Gamers) versions. Please see: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare

If you're running Windows, you might care to use the Disk Clean-up, if you haven't seen:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/delete-files-using-disk-cleanup#delete-files-using-disk-cleanup=windows-7

Hope this helps, or please ask any questions, thanks.

Hello chivatapatia, welcome to the Webroot Community!

EDIT:  Dermot has beaten me to it!   🙂

You have posted in the WSA-Antivirus board.  If this is the version of WSA that you have, you do not have built in temp file removal.

WSA does have a feature that can remove temp files, it is called System Optimizer.  The Optimizer if availble on the following WSA versions:

WSA-Gamerd Edition
WSA-Complete
WSA-Internet Security Best Buy Subscription Software

The System Optimizer, for those who have a license that includes it, can be accessed by:
  • Open WSA
  • Click Utilities
  • There is usually an Optimize button here.
If the Optimize Now button is not shown there, you can also:

  • Open WSA
  • Click the 'gear tool' next to Utilities
  • Click the System Optimizer tab

For more information on the System Optimizer, if you have it listed by one of the methods above, please refer to the User Guides

If you do NOT have a WSA version that includes the System Optimizer, you will need to manually remove temp files, you can use the Disk Cleanup utility built into Windows.

I hope this helps!
