How do I access the backup and sync feature? There is no log in button, only a learn more button.
I recently reactiviated my webroot antivirus after it had been outdated for a year or so. I want to access the back up and sync feature but the only button I see is "learn more" when I click that it tells me to click "log in" which is not an option. Could I have activated an older version when I should have uninstalled and downloaded a new version? If so, can I still do this without paying again?

I looked up your account and it looks like you have WSA plus, which includes password manager but not backup and sync. Is that different from what you intended to purchase?

I wasn't exactly sure what was included. I don't think I want to pay any more but what would the cost be to add on the back up and sync feature?
