how do you select different drives for scanning

I need to direct Webroot to scan my usb portable and other hard drives connected to the system. How is that done?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Just locate the drive you are interested in under Computer in the Start Menu, right click on it and select Scan with Webroot...et voila.
 
EDIT: And as an after thought I might add, before the question is posed, unfortunately there is no way at present to make WSA by default scan anynother drive a part from the C: drive/the drive that your OSis installed on.
