i'm having major trouble with my computer;webroot deleted 5 malwares but then told me there was one in c drive from adobe flash player in users folder under user but I cannot fine the file that I believe is screwing up my computer. it has made my computer slow and hestiating and frustrating. How can I find anything in c drive if I can't get to the list of unwanted downloads, folders, apps, etc?
Webroot was no help because it did not give me the full address of the walmar; just usersuser....adobe_photo_flash exc.

First of all, unless you are an expert you should NEVER attempt to manually remove or delete a suspected infection. While this may remove one file, it will not remove any other files or references connected to the infection. This can cause some really bad problems, including leaving the computer unable to boot.
You might try to boot the computer into Safe Mode with Networking. Sometimes when an infection cannot be automatically removed by WSA in Normal mode, running a scan in Safe Mode will yield different results.
If this does not work, or you are unable or uncomfortable getting into Safe Mode for any reason, please submit a Trouble Ticket and allow Webroot Support to take care of this for you. Support is FREE with your valid WSA license.
