I keep getting a pop up from (URL Removed pending Moderator review. )it is a log in screen and it happens on random web sites when i googled it it seems others are having issues recently but no one knows what it is thanks for you help

I am sorry to edit your post, but in the even that a URL might be malicious, it is standard for us to remove the URL.
I do have a couple of questions to clarify things just a little bit if you don't mind.
Does this random behavior happen in all browsers or just one?
If you were to go to, say, facebook.com repeatedly, would this pop up appear every time or just randomly, some of the time?

My best advise unless our other experts can advise here is that you can Open a Support Ticket where support can gather your logs and see what might be causing the popups.

it is literally random i dont think i have had it happen at all on facebook but it happens at least once a day but ive had it just happen on pinterest. I have had it happen on craigslist local tv station webpages and its not everytime i just hit cancel when it happens
OK, that is what I thought given your first description but I wanted to make sure I understood.
If you have already run a scan with WSA and it has not found anything, there may be some form of adware or other non virus software that we generally refer to as a PUA (Potentailly Unwatned Software). While we can sometimes manage to find and remove those within the confines of the Community, with one that acts as random as this worries me, and will be a lot harder for us to tackle here.
Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look.
