Do you still have it installed and is it the Anti-Virus version as the post is in the Antivirus section? If you do and still have it installed just enter the new keycode here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm and it will do a scan and that's it! Also did you setup your Online Account? If not please do so Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
