Did you renew through Best Buy?
 
Best Buy charges your card on file on on the renewal due date. Sometimes, on  that day of renewal, I believe this is due to the lag time between processing your payment and updating subscriptions.
 
Your best bet is to call 1-888-BestBuy and talk with them, as the renew page would have gone to a system they manage.  They'll be able to find out what is going on. You can also check your creditcard to see if payment has gone through.
 
If this purchase was from Webroot then it might take a day to go through the system or you could contact Webroot
