ICE CYBER CRIME page

I got something today that told me I needed to update my Adobe, so I did. Every since then, I keep getting this page saying my computer is locked and I need to pay with a green dot card, which I know is a scam. Any clue of how I can make sure this doesn't pop up anymore. I already uninstalled the Adobe that was in my programs as of today.
Please help.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hello jeffoyler6253,

Welcome to the Community!

Well I think your best bet is to issue a Support Ticket As this is certainly a scam!
You can go here  too https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/Virus-Removal-Options/ta-p/54074

Best Regards,

If the computer is locked fully by a Ransomware, you will want to take the route of submitting that Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look. This is a free service for all Webroot License holders.
