I have a program called Home-Cookin. It says if using Webroot to disable the security before proeeding with installation. I did  so and have had no issue. I have to do this everytime I run a update as well? Once the update has been completed I have been able to turn the security back on and the program works.   After running the latest update which I have done as always before. I turn off the security system run the update and turn the security back on and the program works, but after running this update the program fails to run unless I turn the Security items of Firewall, Web Sheild, & Realtime Sheild!   I anyone else has had this issue and could help me I would greatly appreciate it?   Thanks, Paytonsopa

Hi Team,   I had purchased Webroot Antivirus yesterday.  I have a Mac which is on El Captain and on the antivirus box, I noticed that El Captain is not listed.   I want to know whether I can go-ahead and install.

I just purchased 5 device protection for 2 laptops and 3 phones. I have protection for 3 other devices...having problems with new protection. It downloaded for one laptop but not so sure for phone. I followed directions but was never asked for key code for phone. The app downloaded so I have the icon on the phone but not sure about protection. I could not create a new account either for the new product...suggestions? I was hoping to group all information (old account protection and new protection) under one account, but running into snafus.

Window's Security Center indicates the WSA antivirus is NOT activated.  When Security Center "asks" if I want to "turn-on" antivirus, Security Center "asks" Yes, I trust this program and am ready to run it.  I click this option and reboot the computer and I still get the same message (antivirus is NOT turned-on).  Why is there an issue with Microsoft Vista and WSA?  Does this mean I am not protected from viruses by WSA?  From what I can see on the internet this is a common problem.

does anyone have a suggestion? I have scanned web root, and rescanned web root. It normally took about 3 1/2 minutes to run the scan and now it has taken as much as 50 minutes to complete..Shows no threats detected.  HELP
