Trying to install secure anywhere antivirus I downloaded from Amazon onto my laptop. It never asks for the new key code. When webroot comes up says my subscription will expire soon.

If you are using WSA-AV, as I assume since you posted in the AV board, there is no need to re-install.. You already have the most up to date software, so this is why it has not asked for a new key code.
You can simply wait until the old key code shows that it is expired, or has one day remaining, and then activate the new key code from within the software.
Open WSA
Click the Gear Tool next to My Account
On the right side will be a box to enter and activate the new key code.
Once you have activated the new key code on WSA, remember to also add the Key Code to your Online Console
Log in
Click your email at the upper right side
Select Manage Key Codes from the drop down
Click Add New Key Code
I suggest you do NOT create a new Console.. we want the new key code on the same Console as the existing one.
IF you purchased WSA-Internet Security or WSA-Complete, please let us know. The same steps above may apply, but there may also be additional steps needed to be completed by Webroot Support for a smooth transition from the old key code to the new one. Let us know!
