Installing computer updates
What do i need to do to webroot to allow me to do computer updates?

What updates are you trying to do that WSA might be blocking? All Microsoft updates for Windows, Office, etc are allowed by WSA by default, however Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft so you should not be receivig any updates for it. (In the event of a fresh install, I believe all prior updates are still availble, but there will be no new ones coming.)
Let us know what updates you are having problem with or think are being blocked and we can go from there 🙂
