Log in issues

Every time I go to log in WiFi security I have to get a new password.  I have done this several times.  Why does the system not remember my pass word.  I am trying to put WiFi security on a new computer now.  I have a pass for 5 computers.  I cannot get logged in because of this pass word issue.  Thankyou.

Can't get logged into my computer, its new and am adding to an existing plan. How do I fix it?

@NormL please keep in the same thread no need to start a new one and look above as to what ​@ProTruckDriver suggested as Webroot Support is the best to help with these types of issues.

I’M NOT A NEW MEMBER.  My subscription is paid as always, and I have even spoken to CS, and I have not been able to SIGN IN to my account but once. Never since.  You have an expired listed from the old computer and needs to be removed. I have a new computer, it is listed!  The old Acer is dead.  Your information on my profile and payment history remains incorrect!  I liked being shown on the screen after a scan was completed.  Why no more?!  Please correct my payment record and account.  I’m having some issues and problems with this new computer, but Geek Squad have looked at it, and it’s still sticking,  slowing, and page hopping around.  Very irritating.  Will have to return it within a week for refund if you guys can’t fix...more inconvenience and wasted time for me.  SO it could be the NEW DIGITAL INTERNET BOX INSTALLED….OF COURSE, BUT THAT’S WHY I PAY YOU GUYS.  i HAVE NO CLUE!  HELP OR NOT?!  tHANKS.
