malicious threat webroot cannot remove

It's not malware per say it's a PUA (Possibly Unwanted Application) can you please follow these instructions to get it removed from your system? It should be easy for you if not then please reply back.

I dont feel confortable  with my computer  skills to do this I have never had to do this before usaully just had to run scan but thank you for your time this is over my head . thanks K.S.

Can certainly understand your position...and you need to be comfortable in yourself before making the changes.  Given that I suggest that you Submit a Support Ticket  providing Support with all the infomation that you have and hopefully they can sort the issue out for you given your particular position.
