Malware scam?
Just got a pop-up that says I have a malware and lists a number to call. Webroot says there is no malware on my computer. Scam?

Yes, scam, but hopefully not any more than that.
I am assuming that the pop up appeared when you visited a particular web page. If you continue to see this pop up, please let us know!
Also, if you clicked on any buttons at all on the pop up,. even one marked Close or Cancel, please let us know. The only safe way to close a pop is by the "x" at the upper right corner.
