    Would you please tell me what OS you are running and if you are running another Antivirus?

    Why do you think it's Webroot?

    Can you do a Force Shut down by holding down on the Power Button until it shuts down and start up again and try a reboot and please let us know how it goes also the info that Sherry asked for will help as well.
