This past week, Webroot has removed several threats. Since that time, I have to log in to my regularly visited websites (email, Facebook, eBay) each time even though I check "Keep me logged in." and the other most important issue is that I cannot download or save email attachments or print postage labels from my Etsy account. (Strangely, I can still print those same labels from my eBay account.
Called Geek Squad to use my support package and they cannot remote in due to this same issue. I asked if they could not walk me through my Webroot to possible change a setting but I am told I either have to take my computer in or pay to have an agent come to the house. In the meantime, I have been waiting more than 20 minutes for a chat with the Geek Squad hoping to get an agent who can possibly help.

Just wanted to add that after 40 minutes, I gave up on receiving an agent on chat and I have solved my most pressing problem of not being able to print postage labels by going into my Internet Security and adding Etsy and the USPS to my trusted sites list.
