Need renewal keycode?
I renewed my Secure Anywhere through the Geek Squad/Webroot link online. I have the receipt. It says I have paid and I have a new expiration date. It says though that it is still out of date and I need a new keycode. How do I get this?

A renewal does not get a new key code, and that is the advantage. Please note that what you received is not a receipt. It is actually a statment, but it is NOT designed well at all. Most people do get confused over this. It should have what date your card will be charged, and the amount. If you were to provide renewal details 30 days before the renewal due date would still get the same statement though your card will not be charged until the renewal due date.
