I've used System Information for Windows for years without problem, but know various AV products have produced false positives on it.  Converting from NOD32 to WSA, I'm running into W32.Trojan.Gen with SIW.  Any way to white list this or otherwise rectify the problem?

Possibly, yes.  In situations where a false positive is suspected, we advise putting in a support case from the computer experiencing the issue.  Our threat researchers will determine the file for you and reply back.  It's better handled through the support system than the community since we can get logs that way.

Thanks for the quick response.  I'll initiate a support case.
