Sweetim can't get rid of
My son downloaded this Sweetim virus with his software and I can't get rid of it. I tried looking on the web, but most instructions just say go to control panel and remove the files, but it is not there. I tried doing a search and deleted anything with sweetim, but it is deeper than that. Does anyone have a solution? thanks

It's not malware per say it's a PUA (Possibly Unwanted Application) can you please follow these instructions to get it removed from your system? It should be easy for you if not then please reply back. And since you can't see it in the Add/Remove programs can you please Submit a Support Ticket and they will be happy to help you!
