Too many false positives

I get tired of all the "malicious site" warnings this software pops up with for legit sites. Recently I'm not able to access Google because SecureAnywhere is saying Google is a malicious site.

This issue appears to have been handled via the support system, but just to follow up, @ and @ were your issues resolved?

    Have you submitted a support ticket? I would like to see the logs in order to see the exact URL that caused this block. I'm not having any issues accessing the Google home page in IE, Firefox of Chrome.

      Same here, nothing out of the ordinary with Google.

      Can you tell us what link you clicked in Google when you received this block? We never block Google.com but often a redirect link to a malicious website can be blocked and since it can originate from Google (as in where your first click was), it will be labled as Google.com.

      Opening a ticket would allow us to see all this info from your logs and find out what happened. As soon as you create it we'll be looking for it, but you can let us know here as well if you like.

        Same thing happened to me this morning on multiple computers. This included googling webroot and clicking on the link.
         
        After that stopped 4 of my computers started freezing up. Hopefully that won't happen to you

        Is this still happening to you?

        We're unable to reproduce this so we'd love more info on this. If you haven't already opened a ticket please do so and we'll get the logs so we can find out what's going on and fix it promptly.

          I have a ticket open but nobody's replying to it. I'm Endpoint protection but was interested to see that he also had google blocked. I haven't seen the blocks but we're wrestling with 4 different computers being seen as one.

            I have never seen my webroot do this either. Perhaps the url is indeed from a redirect.
