Web Root Security settings
I recently had the Geek Squad remove a nasty Trojan horse virus that encrypted my files. After I got my computer back I'm now having trouble downloading from many web sites - but not all. How can I reset my security settings back to the way they were before the virus hit?

When you say you are having problems downloading from many websites, what specific error are you seeing?
