When I downloaded the webroot, it tend to block the downloading of Coogle Chrome and other apps.
Do I need to disable or uninstall Webroot in order to allow apps downloads?

Webroot blocks my downloads.

Its most likely blocking a 3rd party version of Chrome. Please make sure you are getting Chrome directly from Google.
