webroot toolbar

Good afternoon everyone,
 
Please I would like some advice, my laptop has got two users, my wife and me.
 
On my user side the IE tells me that the webroot toolbar and webroot vault are enabled, and on my wife's side are different, showing incompatible???
 
Using Windows 8.1 Pro with media center.
 
Please any advice?.
