What Happens to Quarantined Viruses?

I was wondering what will happen to the quarantined viruses when Webroot is uninstalled. Are they still inactive or are they actually released back onto the system?

They are removed with the program uninstall! And when WSA is still on your system and things that are in quarantine are encrypted and can't do any harm.
