When I try to add the product in to the cart I get a security warning that says that this website has been reported unsafe.  I have pointed this out to the seller and he assures me that his wesite is safe.  Whom to believe?

If it is a seller and site you know IS safe and have used in the past with no problems you can use this link HERE to get it changed.
However personally I would tend to err on the side of caution and use a different site.

Hi getspakur

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Just to add to what Jasper has advised, you should be able to move through the blocking page; if you look in the bottom lefthand corner of that page you should see a button labelled ''Unblock & Proceed"...or words to that effect (my memory fails me at the moment as to the exact words...;)), and that should allow you to proceed with the transaction BUT you should only use this option if you are certain that the website that you are trying to access is legitimate/safe...otherwise Do NOT.

If you do proceed then the unblocking of the site by you will whitelist (record the unblock) it on your system so that future use whoudl not cause the same isse AND it will also notify the Webroot Threat researcher of the override so that they can look into why such an override has occurred, i.e., was this because of a potential false positive/incorrect determination of the site.

Hope that the above assists?
