When I copy from MS Word -paste to FaceBook a single word will appear on some lines then symbols
When I copy and paste, ie, 4 lines of text from MS Word to FaceBook, one word will appear on several lines then the rest of the test follow on subsequent lines, 2 or 3 blank lines then symbols appear I have not typed... Can Webroot fix this problem?

This does not sound like a problem that ANY AV can fix.. it sounds like a font problem. Quite simply, I think you may be using a font in Word that is not supported in Facebook or your browser. There are a couple of options.
1) Make sure you are using a 'standard' font. Most likely plain Arial will work fine.
2) Sometimes in order to avoid issues with font and size when doing a copy/paste, I will paste into NOTEPAD first, then recopy and paste into the browser. This usually works quite well :)
