When I hover over my Webroot Icon on my Taskbar it says Infected ??
Howdy...first time on this site...if I click open the icon it says Threats Detected and has that yellow warning Triangle beside PC Security...Scanning doesn't find anything?? Is something hidden??....(;-)

First check all of your Shields in PC Security. Are all of the Shield togges set to on? If not, please click any that are disabled to turn them back on.
Click the 'gear tool' next to PC Security as well and check all of the toggles there to make sure everything is turned on as well. Again, click any that are not enabled to turn them back to on.
Try that to get all Shields on and let me know if that helps any or if we need to continue on looking for a different cause.

- Click the gear tool next to PC Security. If there are any threats shows as "Active Threats as shown below (Arrow #2), please submit a Trouble Ticket.
