Hello @

We've checked https://www.totalrewards.com against our URL database and it shows as clean. Please Submit a Support Ticket so that we can identify what may actually be getting blocked.

Thanks,

Hi Meridian

Welcome to the Comunity Forums.

May I also add, for information, that if you are satisfied that the site is safe/reputable then you can use the 'Unblock and proceed' option (see in the bottom left hand corner of the blocking page) which will allow you to access the site, whitelist it on your system so that the next time you want to access it you are not blcked, and send information to the Threat Researchers about the unblock, that they canuse to investigate the override.

Hope that further assists you?

Regards, Baldrick

Solly as Dan said it was not being blocked that's why I asked him if he is using Firefox because of the Web Shield issue with the Firefox version only.

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
