Webroot® SecureAnywhere™ - Internet Security Plus

My Asus computer was working fine and had internet connection until I purchased and downloaded Webroot on my laptop yesterday. Please help!

Can anyone tell me how to go in and change my credit card information for renewal of Webroot Plus?  Thanks

Hello,   I just purchased a year subscription for Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Plus 3 Devices and I had my husband install the Webroot App for his Iphone. In order to access the app, it is asking him to enter a username and password. I accessed the Webroot on my PC and created a Webroot Secure Anywhere account but using the email address and password I used to create the account, it still won't let him login. Any help? What user name and password would he enter on the app to sync his phone as 1 of the 3 devices that come with my purchase?

There is a ! showing on "My account" and the security rating doesn't show when I do a search.  Should I be worried about something?

Get rid of imiment seems very hard to do, I´ve tried several methods, each and evry one failes perhaps my acknowlwdgement is insignificant, but normal procedures doesn{t apply. I was always told that 2 firewalls can conflict. I have been using the Webroot Firewall. (At least that's what I think it's called if the Firewall in Webroot is enabled.) But when I do a system analyzer, the warning of "Your Windows Firewall is disabled" comes up. should I enable both? Is that a warning to be ignored?   Thanks for your reply.

I replaced Vipre security suite with Webroot. Vipre required the Windows 7 (Professional, 64-bit) firewall to be turned off, Webroot requires it to be turned on. I comletely uninstalled Vipre before installing Webroot. Now, when my computer boots, I get a notification that the Windows firewall is turned off, and must manually bring up the control panel and turn it on. I had been having trouble streaming podcasts for awhile before I noticed a red! on my Webroot icon at the bottom of the screen. When I clicked it, it notified me that three threats had been detected and recommended an immediate scan.  I don't know how long it had been there before I noticed it.  Is there any way to have Webroot open a dialog box or other obvious notificationimmediately when a threat is detected? It is hard to notice such a small icon down at the bottom of the screen.

Can I scan just a mass storage unit by itself?  If so, how?  Thank you.
